The story factory
The Story Factory is designed to teach social skills to children using a variety of storytelling approaches.
In the Blue Train Detective Agency, children learn the art of deduction.
Students in The Storyteller’s Table perform original stories at the mic without notes.
Taking the lead from the expressive arts, children enrolled in Use Your Noodle craft conceptual stories with puppets, masks, and storyboards to express themselves creatively when words are not enough.
Story Factory Workshops are offered through enrichment programs at elementary schools and private functions only.
THE STORY FACTORY - WHERE STORIES GET MADE
The Story Factory is a super-fun series of storytelling workshops designed to empower children with the tools needed to build and tell a crafty story. This dynamic workshop outlines the basic components needed to craft a story, then inspires young storytellers to rely on their wit + imagination. Stories are performed at the mic while exploring other ways to tell stories using alternate forms of digital media, projections, and show+tell artifacts. Sometimes, words are not enough to express the feelings we have, The Story Factory uses expressive media to form conceptual workshops to allow children to express themselves through creative storytelling.
